Role & responsibilities Prior experience of Pre (RFI/ RFP) & Post sales support in a Saas/ PaaS B2B environment Involved in supporting Direct Sales in product demo, client onboarding, account relationship management Adept with power point and Excel based presentations Analytical and logical reasoning Liaise with product, Engineering and Sales teams on client feedback Take the sales lead through closure via constant connect with prospects Proactively thinks through customer workflows and how they can be impacted as a basis for solutions selling and cross-business deal making to improve contract value Conducting business intelligence research on companies, industries and geographies, focused on regulatory & Compliance matters Support Marketing to build collaterals, website enrichment, social media posts, enterprise events Exposure in latest AI tools like ChatGPT, JunoAI etc. Excellent communication and presentation skills Adaptability to new culture and fast paced environment Preferred candidate profile 0-1 years as a B2B SaaS product sales professional Client Account Management in a Enterprise SaaS environment Understanding of the Fintech/ Regulatory compliance products and solutions is a plus Experience using CRM tools i.e., Salesforce (CRM), Zoho, LinkedIn Sales Navigator etc. Worked in a fast-paced sales organization/ has supported sales teams Has demonstrated achieving/ supporting achievement of sales teams in the past Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills Strong communication skills (written, oral, presentation) Organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail Ability to prioritize different projects and stay on schedule Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite Keen eye for detail
