Job Objective: Support UK-based clients throughout their journey by building strong relationships, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions for success. This is an ideal entry-level role for graduates aspiring to become sales professionals, with uncapped earning potential and rapid career progression.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement & Relationship Building
• Connect with UK-based clients via outbound calls.
• Understand client needs, present solutions, and close sales effectively.
• Develop trust-based, long-term relationships to drive client success.

• Sales Tracking & Performance Management
• Log leads, activities, and results into the CRM system.
• Track progress against weekly and monthly goals.

• Continuous Learning & Development
• Participate in structured training programs.
• Learn global sales and client engagement techniques.
• Apply feedback from mentors to enhance skills and advance as a Sales Success Partner.

Candidate Profile

• Education: Graduate in any stream (Recent graduates and freshers strongly encouraged).
• Skills: Strong English communication, confidence in phone interactions, and a client-focused attitude.
• Experience: No prior experience required; telesales or BPO background is a plus. Bring your determination and enthusiasm—we'll provide the training!
• Personality: Ambitious, money-motivated, and eager to support clients while building a rewarding career.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: typically ₹45,000 to ₹1,00,000+ in-hand per month based on performance (including commissions)

Benefits: Provident Fund, ESIC, and paid leaves after probation.

Shift: Afternoon (Summer: 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM; Winter: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM)
