Job Description B2B Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive group footfall from educational institutions, corporates, and travel agencies. Market Research & Lead Generation: Identify potential partners, conduct market analysis to derive TAM, and assist in the sales team to build a strong sales pipeline. Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, corporate clients, and tour operators to ensure long-term partnerships. Ensure coordination and execution of FAM trips and events across categories for each of the parks. Sales Campaigns & Promotions: Design and execute targeted B2B sales campaigns, seasonal promotions, and bulk booking offers to maximize revenue. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to create customized sales solutions and event packages. Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide insights to optimize strategies. Event Participation & Networking: Represent Wonderla at industry events, trade fairs, and networking meets to build visibility and attract potential partners. Marketing Communication : Build the value proposition and communication collateral for each of the sales categories - educational institutions, corporates and tour operators. Requirements: 5-8 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate partnerships, or business development (preferably in the hospitality, travel, or entertainment sector). Strong data analytics and business acumen skills. Should be able to derive insights and build revenue growth opportunities within the sales function. Ability to work with cross functional teams to execute marketing plans - Creative, IT etc
