Job Description

Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities: • Team Leadership: Supervise, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets. • Customer Service Excellence: Ensure the delivery of outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally. • Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure accurate inventory records. • Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and meet organizational objectives. • Visual Merchandising: Maintain the stores visual appeal, ensuring product displays align with brand standards and attract customer interest. • Financial Oversight: Monitor sales performance, prepare regular reports, and manage budgets to ensure financial health. • Staff Training: Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques among team members. • Compliance and Security: Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and implement security measures to protect assets. Preferred candidate profile Qualifications: • Must have worked in retail. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the jewellery sector. • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. • Excellent communication skills. • A keen eye for detail and aesthetics, ensuring the stores presentation reflects the brands image. • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as per retail requirements.
