Sales & Business Development

  • Drive new business acquisition by identifying, prospecting, and securing new corporate clients across diverse industry sectors.
  • Conduct in-depth consultations with corporate clients, government entities, corporate funds, and philanthropic organizations to assess their Learning & Development (L&D), upskilling, and training requirements
  • Structure and negotiate high-value corporate deals with Chief Human Resources Officers (CHROs), L&D Heads and HR Directors
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline with a minimum of 60+ qualified accounts in various stages of the sales cycle
  • Develop and implement territory-specific go-to-market strategies to maximize market penetration

Consultative Selling & Strategic Solution Development

  • Perform comprehensive competency gap analyses and recommend tailored learning solutions from the complete Dale Carnegie India / Walchand Plus portfolio
  • Design approach notes, solution frameworks, and strategic interventions to address specific client challenges
  • Present value-based solutions that demonstrate clear ROI and business impact
  • Collaborate with internal managers to ensure seamless project execution and exceptional client satisfaction
  • Customize training solutions to align with client organizational culture, business objectives, and performance metrics

Client Relationship Management & Key Account Growth

  • Manage and retain existing client accounts through continuous engagement, driving sales growth and repeat business opportunities
  • Provide comprehensive post-sales support and develop strategic account plans to maximize client lifetime value and satisfaction
  • Establish trusted advisor relationships with HR leadership teams to become their go-to partner for talent development initiatives
  • Maintain current knowledge of industry trends, HR best practices, talent development innovations, and evolving corporate learning needs
  • Conduct competitive intelligence gathering to maintain market positioning advantage
