Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Indore. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for interacting with clients, understanding their property needs, and providing appropriate solutions. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, conducting property tours, negotiating deals, and managing transactions from start to finish. The Sales Specialist will also be involved in developing sales strategies and participating in training sessions to continually improve sales techniques and knowledge.

• Ability to conduct Training sessions related to sales techniques
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of the real estate market is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
