Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and onboard new

  B2B clients

  , including corporates, gifting partners, and premium retail collaborations.
• Manage event-based orders and guiding customers from inquiry to fulfilment with a seamless experience.
• Build long-term client relationships through consistent communication, trust, and exceptional service.
• Track and meet monthly sales targets while generating new business opportunities proactively.
• Develop and maintain a professional network with event planners, gifting agencies, hospitality clients, and corporate procurement teams.
• Coordinate closely with the Managing Director and operational teams to ensure smooth execution of orders and proposals.
• Represent the brand at events, meetings, exhibitions, and tastings (involves travel).

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in

  sales, business development, client servicing, or corporate gifting

  (F&B / hospitality / premium retail experience is a plus).
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills — both verbal and written.
• Proven ability to build rapport and nurture long-term client relationships.
• Self-starter with strong ownership and drive; comfortable working independently.
• Comfortable with travel across Delhi NCR for client meetings and sales opportunities.
• Professional conduct, polished presence, and passion for premium food brands.
