Role Overview: As a Sales Specialist at InnerKraft, you will be a key member of our team dedicated to enhancing the mental health and well-being of Indian college students. Your primary focus will be on B2B sales within the educational sector, contributing directly to our mission of making mental wellness accessible to students nationwide. Your role will involve identifying potential clients, developing effective sales strategies, building relationships with educational institutions, presenting our services, negotiating contracts, collaborating with internal teams, monitoring market trends, and reporting on sales performance. Your experience in Institutional Sales and ability to engage with key decision-makers will be crucial in closing deals and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and Target Prospective Clients: Research and identify potential colleges and educational institutions for our services, building a robust pipeline of prospects. - Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement tailored sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, customizing approaches for different institutions. - Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their needs and presenting solutions that address their challenges. - Present and Demonstrate Services: Conduct presentations and demonstrations of our mental wellness services, highlighting the value and impact of our offerings. - Negotiate Contracts: Lead contract negotiations to ensure favorable terms for both clients and the company, closing deals aligned with business objectives. - Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. - Monitor Market Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments to refine sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition. - Report on Sales Performance: Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts to the Sales Manager, analyzing sales data for improvement opportunities. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the education or mental health sector. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders. - Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets, with excellent negotiation and closing skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Willingness to travel as required.
