Sales Specialist (Financial Markets)

Role Overview: As a member of our team, you will be responsible for client acquisition and grievance handling. You will explain trading strategies, company terms, and market risks to clients while generating prospects daily through telephonic, visual, and text conversations. Additionally, you will conduct risk profile management and trading strategy sessions with clients, and coordinate with the digital marketing and research team to provide the best service to clients. Keeping updated on global markets and current affairs is essential to serve investors and traders effectively. Your main goal will be to achieve monthly tasks through client acquisition and lead generation.
