Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role located in Nagpur. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales growth by reaching out to potential customers, conducting product demonstrations, and managing customer accounts. Daily tasks include developing and maintaining strong client relationships, delivering excellent customer service, training clients on the company's services or technology, and working closely with the sales team to meet or exceed targets. Interacting with Customers and Brokers, Opening Demat accounts for Customers and solving queries related to Kosh App.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to engage with clients effectively and professionally.
• Proven Sales and Sales Management experience, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in Training and supporting clients or teams is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in problem-solving and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
