Are you a driven, field-ready sales professional who can sell holiday packages and healthcare services with confidence?

Sales Manager

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Sell senior-friendly

  holiday packages

  (domestic & international)
• Sell

  healthcare services

  : doctor on call, diagnostics, medicine delivery, elder care plans
• Generate your

  own leads

  through field visits, societies, corporates, events & networking
• Conduct

  5–10 daily meetings

  with families, seniors & communities
• Achieve monthly & quarterly

  sales targets

• Build strong customer relationships and drive repeat business

WHAT YOU NEED

• 2–5 years

  experience in Travel Sales / Healthcare Sales / Insurance / Wellness
• Strong closing skills & excellent communication
• Confidence working with seniors & family decision makers
• Ready for

  daily field visits & client meetings

• Self-motivated and highly target-driven

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and provide exceptional support.
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to meet targets, handle leads effectively, and close deals successfully.
• Ability to participate in Training sessions and implement learned strategies in day-to-day operations.
• Demonstrated organizational and interpersonal skills to manage customer interactions seamlessly.
• Proven ability to work in an on-site team environment and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields is preferred.
