Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Service Engineer to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in service industry, preferably from Electrical/Electronic field. As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement service strategies to achieve revenue targets in the assigned territory. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. 3. Identify new business opportunities and follow up on leads to generate sales. 4. Provide technical support and product demonstrations to clients. 5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns. 6. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. 7. Prepare and submit service reports, forecasts, and budgets. 8. Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote company products. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Engineering or related field. 2. 2-4 years of experience in service, preferably in electrical/electronics industry. 3. Proven track record of achieving service targets and building client relationships. 4. Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and articulate complex product specifications. 5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software. 8.
