Responsibilities Maintain regular communication with our valued partners, actively listening to their concerns and working toward effective solutions Identify and explore new business opportunities and potential collaborations Handle incoming calls and coordinate with the technical team for appropriate support and guidance Visit project sites to assess performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operations Collaborate closely with the R&D team to provide market insights and feedback on product performance and requirements Maintain accurate records of activities and generate clear, timely reports Qualifications Proficient in English (spoken and written) Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering Experience working with Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) Prior experience in the elevator industry is a strong advantage Show more Show less
