Sales & Service Engineer (Color Sorter)

Job Description

Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair color sorting machines Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with equipment Perform regular maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance Advise customers on best practices for machine usage Provide training and support to machine operators and end-users Document and report on service activities and findings Collaborate with the engineering team to develop improvements Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering field Minimum of 1 years' experience in machinery maintenance and troubleshooting Strong understanding of color sorting technology Excellent problem-solving skills Ability to travel frequently to client sites Strong communication and customer service skills Skills Language : Tamil,English,Hindi,Kanada,Telugu(Preferred) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Food provided Health insurance Leave encashment Life insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 01/06/2025
