Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective sales strategies and client relationship management. Experience - 1-10 years Candidates from Interiors, Real estate, Construction are more preferred. Responsibilities Conduct cold calls and lead generation to acquire new clients Manage and grow existing client accounts through effective account management techniques Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to close sales deals Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track sales activities and maintain customer records Collaborate with the sales team to ensure consistent achievement of sales goals Requirements Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment Strong ability to negotiate and close sales deals effectively Proficiency in territory sales management and lead generation techniques Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
