Job Title: Sales Executive – Interior Design Company

Location: Guwahati

Salary: Up to 22000 (Negotiable)

Shift: Day Shift (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our Interior Design team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to convert leads into long-term clients. Freshers with strong enthusiasm for sales are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential customers interested in interior design services.

Understand client requirements and present suitable design and service options.

Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to ensure successful conversion and satisfaction.

Coordinate with the design and project team to deliver customized client solutions.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Prepare and maintain sales reports, client data, and feedback.

Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional activities.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum Graduation in any stream.

MBA in Marketing preferred (but not mandatory).

Experience:

1–2 years of experience in sales (preferably in interior design, real estate, or home decor industry).

Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude are also encouraged to apply.

Skills Required:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.

Good understanding of customer relationship management.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).

Passion for interiors, architecture, and client service.
