Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Consultant to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling client inquiries, conducting property visits, and closing sales. You must have strong communication skills, a pleasing personality, and a passion for real estate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
• Conduct site visits and property tours
• Generate leads through various channels
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Provide accurate information regarding properties, pricing, and market trends
• Coordinate with the marketing and documentation teams
• Requirements:
• Graduate in any discipline
• Experience in real estate sales preferred (freshers with strong communication skills can also apply)
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Self-driven and target-oriented
• Two-wheeler preferred

Salary: As per industry + Incentives
