The company deals with various lifestyle and nutritious products like Green Bear. Company has plans to launch various products and function across various regions in India. Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Representative to drive both B2B (Business-to-Business) and B2C (Business-to-Consumer) sales by establishing strong relationships with retailers and direct customers. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence, maximizing sales opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: B2B Sales: Identify, approach, and maintain strong relationships with retailers and business clients to promote and sell company products. B2C Sales: Engage directly with consumers to understand their needs and offer tailored product solutions. Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets to qualify for lucrative performance incentives. Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and potential new customers. Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and market feedback for continuous improvement. Ultimately, the incumbent should be able to achieve the monthly and annual targets Requirements: Proven experience in sales, business development, or field sales, preferably in a B2B and B2C environment. A valid Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) driving license for operating three-wheeled vehicles. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment. Salary: 15,000 per month, plus travel and mobile allowances. Performance-based incentives for exceeding the allocated targets.
