Job Description

Customer Interaction: Greet and assist customers in a professional manner. Sales & Product Knowledge: Understand customer needs, recommend products, and provide information on features and pricing. Transaction Handling: Process payments, manage cash registers, and maintain accurate records. Inventory & Merchandising: Ensure shelves are stocked, arrange merchandise attractively, and conduct stock inventory. Problem-Solving: Address customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary. Upselling & Promotions: Promote special offers, loyalty programs, and additional products. Store Maintenance: Keep the counter and store clean and organized.
