Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a

  regional sales strategy

  to achieve growth targets in Delhi NCR and surrounding areas

• Build and expand a strong dealer and distributor network

  across key industrial clusters
• Identify and onboard

  new OEMs, dealers, and fabrication workshops

• Conduct

  field visits, product demos, and technical discussions

  with customers and channel partners
• Maintain

  long-term relationships

  with existing customers to ensure repeat business
• Achieve

  monthly/quarterly sales targets

  and submit regular performance reports to management
• Track

  market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback

  to identify new opportunities

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience

  in

  B2B/industrial sales

  , preferably in

  welding consumables, hardware, or industrial supplies

• Proven experience in

  developing and managing a dealer/distributor network

• Strong

  network and market knowledge

  across

  Delhi, Noida, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, and Gurugram

  industrial areas
• Demonstrated record of

  target achievement

  and field sales execution
• Excellent

  communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Self-motivated

  and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must be willing to

  travel extensively

  within the region

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in

  welding, fabrication, or industrial consumables

  sector
• Basic

  technical understanding of welding processes and consumables

• Familiarity with key

  industrial zones

  such as Mayapuri, Okhla, Sahibabad, Manesar, Bhiwadi, and Faridabad
