As a Sales Executive , you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building customer relationships, and showcasing the iconic Royal Enfield brand . # Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets for Royal Enfield motorcycles. 2. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences. 3. Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of Royal Enfield motorcycles, features, and benefits. 4. Test Rides: Arrange and conduct test rides to showcase the bikes' capabilities. 5. Sales Process: Follow the sales process, ensuring a smooth customer experience. 6. Market Intelligence: Gather market feedback, competitor analysis, and customer insights. 7. Team Collaboration: Work with the sales team, service department, and other stakeholders.
