Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing marketing strategies, and fostering customer relationships to increase brand awareness and revenue. Key Responsibilities : Sales Responsibilities : Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and client referrals. Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs as defined by management. Conduct product/service presentations to potential customers. Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and contracts. Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions using CRM tools. Follow up with clients post-sales to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business. Marketing Responsibilities : Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns. Manage social media accounts and digital marketing efforts (SEO/SEM, email campaigns, etc.). Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Collaborate with the design and content teams to create promotional materials. Plan and participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and trade shows. Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably in [insert industry]. Strong understanding of digital marketing and CRM systems.
