Job Description

Role & responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the power plant sector. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Present and demonstrate power plant products and services to clients. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts. Negotiate sales terms and conditions to achieve mutually beneficial agreements. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies. Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas. Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports. Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with business goals. Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the company's products and services. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in sales, preferably within the power plant industry, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. In-depth knowledge of power plant products and services. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office. Strong organizational and time management skills. Willingness to travel as needed. Perks and benefits Best in industry.
