We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to manage Retail and project sales, drive product sales, and ensure strong market coverage across retail outlets and small project sites. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in retail dealer engagement and project site visits for order generation and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow business through existing retailers, and small contractors.

Conduct regular market visits to retailers, small projects to ensure product visibility and availability.

Achieve monthly sales, collection, and coverage targets.

Develop strong relationships with customers, project engineers, and site supervisors.

Conduct product demonstrations, sampling, and promotional activities at retail counters and project sites.

Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.

Coordinate with internal teams for timely order fulfillment, dispatch, and after-sales support.

Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports and market feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with sales experience preferred.

1–3 years of sales experience in building materials / construction / hardware / paints / infra products.

Proven track record in distributor or channel sales.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM reporting tools.

The candidate must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving license
