Role Overview: At Autobonics Pvt Ltd, we are looking for a motivated and dynamic B2B Sales Representative with experience in the EdTech sector to join our growing team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating and closing new business opportunities with educational institutions, corporate clients, and training organizations. Your role will involve playing a key part in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base through strategic sales initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, qualify, and pursue B2B sales leads in the education and corporate learning sectors. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers such as school administrators, HR managers, training heads, and procurement teams. - Present and demonstrate our EdTech products and solutions effectively to prospective clients. - Understand client needs and tailor solutions to match their requirements. - Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. - Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. - Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to optimize client acquisition and retention. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings. Qualification Required: - 1 year of B2B sales experience, ideally in the EdTech, SaaS, or technology solutions industry. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Experience selling to schools, universities, or corporate L&D departments is a major plus. - Ability to understand and present technical concepts in a consultative manner. - Results-driven with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
