Role & responsibilities We are seeking an experienced and high-performing Senior Sales Specialist to lead the closing of high-value real estate transactions. This role is exclusively focused on finalizing deals from leads generated via digital marketing, ensuring maximum conversion rates. The ideal candidate is a seasoned negotiator with a strong track record of closing large-ticket sales in real estate or high-value B2C domains. This role does not involve lead generation but is laser-focused on converting warm leads into successful transactions. The ideal candidate has strong negotiation skills, a persuasive approach, and a proven track record of closing high-value real estate deals. Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Closures: Own the final stages of the sales cycle, handling all client interactions from inquiry to deal finalization. Strategic Negotiation: Engage in high-stakes negotiations, structuring deals to ensure maximum revenue and customer satisfaction. Client Consultation & Relationship Building: Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and offering tailored real estate solutions. Lead Prioritization & Follow-ups: Efficiently manage a pipeline of warm leads, ensuring prompt follow-ups and deal acceleration. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with pre-sales, marketing, and legal teams to ensure seamless deal execution.
