Job Opportunity: Sales Promoter – Mobile, Consumer Durables & Accessories Location: Multiple cities across Uttar Pradesh Company: Leading Retail Client (Hiring through Quess Corp) About the Role: We are hiring Sales Promoters to work in-store selling mobile phones, consumer durables, and accessories. Key Responsibilities: Engage customers in-store and promote sales of mobile phones, consumer durables, and accessories Demonstrate product features and provide detailed information to customers Achieve daily sales targets and contribute to overall store performance Maintain the sales floor and ensure product displays are attractive and well-stocked Handle customer queries and provide excellent service to enhance customer satisfaction Salary & Benefits: Take-home Salary: ₹16,000 to ₹35,000 per month (based on location and experience) Additional Benefits: PF, ESI, and other statutory benefits Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives Work Environment: Safe, professional retail store setting Eligibility Criteria: · Education: Minimum 12th pass · Age: Below 40 years · Gender: Open to all · Experience: Prior sales experience preferred · Language: Must be familiar with the regional language of the city you will work in · Job Preference: Comfortable working in an in-store sales role · Shift: Comfortable working shifts between 10 AM and 9 PM · Salary Expectation: Last drawn salary between ₹16,000 to ₹35,000 (net take-home)
