Sales Promoter

Job Title: Sales Promoter (Broadband)

Location : Kozhikode , Wayanad , Malappuram , Kannur , Kasargod , Palakkad , Idukki , Ernakulam

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Job Type: Full-time (9:00 AM – 5:30 PM)

Qualifications:

• Any Degree
• Freshers or candidates with experience

Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Identify potential customers in assigned areas.
• Product Promotion: Explain broadband/cable plans, features, speed benefits, and offers.
• Customer Interaction: Meet customers directly, clarify doubts, and assist them in choosing suitable plans.
• Service Enrollment: Collect customer details and coordinate for new connection activation.
• Field Visits: Conduct door-to-door promotion and participate in local promotional activities / stalls.
• Follow-Up: Maintain contact with prospective customers and convert inquiries into active connections.
• Coordination with Office/Technicians: Arrange installation appointments and ensure smooth service activation.
• Reporting: Provide daily/weekly sales updates to the supervisor.
• Brand Representation: Maintain polite communication and present the brand professionally.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Ability to meet sales targets
