AV & Automation Project Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage new business opportunities in AV, home automation, and smart building solutions.
• Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, designers, and consultants.
• Conduct client meetings, system demonstrations, and prepare proposals/BOQs.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design technical solutions.
• Manage the sales pipeline, achieve targets, and support project handovers.

Requirements:

• 37 years experience in AV/automation or low-voltage project sales.
• Strong understanding of systems like Crestron, Control4, Lutron, KNX, audio/video distribution, and networking.
• Ability to read technical drawings and manage complex project requirements.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Preferred:

• Engineering/technical background.
• Certifications in AV or automation platforms.
