Sales & Procurement Coordinator

Job Summary: We are looking for an organized, proactive, and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to support our sales and design team in driving business growth. As a key point of contact between clients, sales executives, and designers, the Sales Coordinator ensures smooth communication, efficient workflow, and timely follow-ups from initial inquiry to project closure. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming client inquiries via phone, email, or walk-ins and provide basic information about services and offerings. Coordinate appointments and meetings between clients and interior designers. Maintain and update client records, sales databases, and project tracking tools (CRM, Excel, etc.). Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations based on client requirements. Follow up with prospective clients to ensure timely decision-making and improve conversion rates. Coordinate with vendors, procurement, and design teams to track project timelines and deliveries. Assist in preparing sales reports, pipeline status, and forecasts for management. Support marketing activities such as events, social media campaigns, and showroom coordination. Maintain showroom or office presentation standards to reflect brand quality. Ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process and after-sales support
