Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Delhi, India. The Sales Operations Manager will oversee and optimize sales processes and operational strategies to increase efficiency and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include analyzing sales data, managing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, coordinating with relevant teams to improve operations, and supporting the execution of corporate goals. The Sales Operations Manager will also enhance customer service practices and ensure smooth collaboration across departments to align with the company's objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Experience in operations management, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and optimization of resources.
  • Customer satisfaction and service-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering excellent client experiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and with clients effectively.
  • Proven ability to manage customer service and build strong client relationships.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the travel or MICE industry is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
