Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Sales Analytics, Reporting, & Strategic Insights

Generate dashboards, forecasts, and sales performance insights from CRM and financial systems.
Develop and automate weekly/monthly reports and dashboards in Excel and Power BI
Track and surface key sales performance KPIs, trends, and team pacing insights.
Analyze trends in pipeline velocity, conversion rates, win/loss data, and territory effectiveness.
Present findings and strategic recommendations to CRO and Sales Leadership.

Sales Enablement & Forecast Support

Develop sales planning models, forecasting dashboards, and quota tracking tools.
Coordinate internal sales meetings: agendas, scheduling, logistics, and follow-ups.
Facilitate weekly pipeline reviews and maintain forecast accuracy metrics.
Own the onboarding and training coordination for new BDMs.
Maintain and update internal sales documentation, SOPs, and training assets.
Provide user-level CRM support and training (Dynamics or Equivalent).

CRM Optimization & Data Integrity

Own CRM hygiene, pipeline integrity, and data compliance reporting.
Collaborate with IT to optimize CRM workflows for sales effectiveness.
Lead initiatives for opportunity stage visibility and account segmentation health.
