Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Operations Executive located in New Delhi. The Sales Operations Executive will be responsible for managing the sales operations, optimizing sales processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include developing sales strategies, analyzing sales data, coordinating with the sales team, and providing exceptional customer service. Active participation in planning and executing sales initiatives to drive growth and revenue is expected.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using MS Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Prior experience in the travel and tourism industry is a plus
