Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Support field sales teams in lead generation, customer coordination, and proposal processing.
Maintain and update sales data, reports, and trackers related to PMSGY projects.
Assist in verification of customer eligibility, documentation, and subsidy paperwork.
Coordinate with district heads, channel partners, and government departments for project follow-ups.
Ensure timely processing of orders, invoicing, and payment tracking.
Maintain data accuracy in CRM / reporting tools and prepare weekly sales performance summaries.
Help plan and monitor weekly activity calendars and ensure minimum field coverage across clusters.
Support customer feedback collection and address operational gaps in collaboration with field teams.
Provide regular updates on key performance metrics and escalate issues for timely resolution.
