Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Officer in Punjab, Haryana, Patna, and Kolkata . The Sales Officer will be responsible for handling sales operations, generating leads, and managing channel sales. Daily tasks include providing superb customer service, communicating effectively with clients, and executing sales strategies. The Sales Officer will work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of Vishnu Delight. Key Responsibilities To fulfill and achieve distribution and sales objectives Recording orders and sending details to the sales office Researching prospects and generating leads. Handling SS, Dealers & Retailers questions, inquiries, and complaints. Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Participating in sales team meetings. Qualifications Customer Service and Communication Skills Lead Generation and Sales Operations skills Experience in Channel Sales Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Previous experience in the FMCG or snacks industry is a plus Show more Show less
