Sales Officer - (Vapi)

Role Overview: As a Sales Officer at ASSA ABLOY Opening Solutions, India, Retail (ENOX Brand), your role will be crucial in delivering the Revenue objectives for ENOX Retail business in the assigned territory. You will review the performance of the existing distribution channel, identify gaps, and ensure the identification of new channel partners to expand reach. Building and managing demand generation for all product categories through planned activations in the retail market will be a key responsibility. Additionally, you will be required to identify key influences like carpenters and local contractors/architects/builders for regular engagement, support working capital management, and formulate promotional activities for brand building. Key Responsibilities: - Review performance of existing distribution channel and proactively highlight gaps to the manager - Ensure identification of new channel partners as per company criteria to expand reach and counter presence - Build and manage the demand generation for all product categories through planned activations in the retail market - Identify key influences like carpenters and local contractors/architects/builders and ensure regular & structured engagement - Support in working capital management by ensuring timely collection of outstanding - Formulate promotional activities as a part of brand building - Organize structured sessions to ensure product knowledge to all stakeholders of channel partners - Increase secondary sales by ensuring counter presence, territory reach, and visibility of products where end customers visit frequently - Conduct continuous market analysis and support the manager for forecasts and budgeting Qualification Required: - Graduate degree preferably in technical stream/engineering, Postgraduate in management will be an added advantage - 3-4 years of previous total experience, with preferable exposure to the Building Material Industry Additional Details: As a part of the ASSA ABLOY Group, with nearly 52,000 colleagues in more than 70 countries, we value results over titles or backgrounds.
