Job Description

CASA Sales Executives

Key Responsibilities:

Acquire new customers for
Current and Savings Accounts (CASA)
through field visits, cold calls, and referrals.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly CASA acquisition targets.
Cross-sell other banking products such as
Fixed Deposits, Loans, Insurance, Credit Cards
, etc.
Conduct promotional activities, roadshows, and campaigns to generate leads.
Ensure compliance with
KYC, documentation, and bank policies
.
Maintain strong relationships with customers for long-term engagement and satisfaction.
Prepare and submit daily sales reports and performance updates.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales and negotiation ability.
Knowledge of the
Jaipur market and nearby areas
will be an advantage.
Target-driven, confident, and self-motivated.
Basic computer skills and understanding of banking operations.

Qualification & Experience:

Education:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
Experience:
03 years in CASA sales, banking, or financial product sales.
Freshers
with good communication and interest in sales are welcome to apply.

Performance Indicators:

Number and value of CASA accounts opened.
Achievement of sales targets.
Customer retention and satisfaction levels.
Cross-sell conversion ratio.
