Role Summary

Sales Officer

Key Responsibilities

1. Dealer Network Management

• Develop and expand dealer network in assigned territory.
  
• Achieve weekly and monthly dealer billing targets.
  
• Appoint new dealers in high-demand areas.
  
• Conduct regular dealer visits, product training, and scheme communication.
  

2. Project & Contractor Sales

• Meet builders, contractors, architects, and site engineers.
  
• Generate enquiries, submit quotations, and follow up until order closure.
  
• Conduct site visits and promote AAC usage over red bricks.
  

3. Daily Field Execution

• 10 to 12 market visits per day (dealers + contractors + projects).
  
• Maintain proper route plans and beat patterns.
  
• Update CRM with daily activities, enquiries, and follow-ups.
  

4. Achieving Sales & Collection Targets

• Achieve monthly volume targets for

  AEROBILD AAC Blocks

  .
• Achieve monthly target for

  AEROBOND gum bags

  .
• Follow up for payments and ensure collections as per due dates.
  
• Track competitor pricing, movement, and schemes.
  

5. Reporting & Coordination

• Submit Daily Sales Report (DSR) and weekly performance report.
  
• Provide a monthly sales plan and new dealer pipeline.
  
• Coordinate with dispatch, accounts, and plant operations for seamless delivery.
  

Candidate Requirements

Experience

• 3 to 6 years

  of experience in

  Cement, Steel, RMC, AAC Blocks, Aggregates, or Construction Material Sales

  .
• Strong dealer and contractor network in assigned district.
  
• Proven success in field sales and project sales.
  

Skills

• Good communication & negotiation skills.
  
• Strong follow-up discipline.
  
• Ability to work independently and deliver targets.
  
• Knowledge of local geography and construction ecosystem.
  
• Basic MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, CRM usage.
  

Other Requirements

• Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
  
• Ability to travel extensively within assigned districts.
