Job Title: Sales Officer Company: Astral Adhesives Location: Pratapgarh, Faizabad, Mahoba, Mainpuri, Etah, Gonda Department: Sales & Marketing Job Description Role Purpose: The Sales Officer is responsible for driving secondary sales, adhering to monthly assigned sales plans, and expanding the sales channel by adding new outlets and maximizing business potential. Key ResponsibilitiesField Sales Execution: Achieve sales targets by working with distributors as per the assigned DRCP. Develop and execute monthly business plans to meet territorial objectives. Regularly visit distributors and retailers to communicate schemes and ensure timely material service. Process Compliance & System Integration: Adhere to DRCP guidelines planned by the TSM. Log daily attendance in the system and validate visits with retailers and distributors. Convert visits into productive calls to achieve key indicators (KIs). Distributor Management: Support distributors with solutions for contractors and end consumers. Promote and ensure order booking through the Vishwas App. Coordinate with stakeholders to provide materials, services, and promotional tools. Maximize visibility by implementing branding initiatives at counters. User Engagement: Connect with end-users to address their concerns and share product benefits. Business Development: Add new outlets to enhance productivity and achieve targets. Revive unproductive outlets by maintaining regular visits. Receivables and Payment Follow-Up: Ensure timely payment collections from distributors as per benchmarks. Monitor outstanding payments and minimize overdue amounts. Complaint Resolution: Investigate and resolve distributor and customer complaints within defined timelines. Escalate unresolved issues to higher authorities when necessary. Job SpecificationsQualifications: Graduate in any discipline. (Post-graduation in management is preferred.)
