Working to generate demand and sell products in the below segments : 1. Personal Care and Home Care small, mid and large manufacturers 2. Chemical Traders 3. Leather Industries 4. Construction Chemical Manufacturers 5. Fire Extinguisher manufacturers 6. Agriculture chemical manufacturers Appoint sufficient nos of chemical dealer network across the geography assigned Design and implement various sales strategy for ensuring achievement of Sales and cracking the network and manufacturers Margin Objectives for the organisation in the required geography are maintained. Collection from the parties is to be collected as per the credit terms such that the CEI is maintained Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the network and mfgs in the geography assigned. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands companys customer base and ensure its strong presence. If any complaints come from market attend the complaints and try to resolve them with the help of Quality Control team Coordination with the head office and plant to ensure that deliveries to customers happen on time Upgradation of customers from their existing products to the new products being produced by us Preferred candidate profile SPECIFIC CANDIDATE PROFILE (Key competence / attributes needed for the role) Candidate should be a MBA from top tier school in the state. Preferred industries and companies Chemical Industry, Surfactant Industry Candidate should have understanding of Chemical business or raw material supply business. This role involves interactions with business teams and senior management and requires demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close. Strong business sense and industry expertise. Outstanding communication and leadership skills, customer orientation and strong negotiation skills.
