Key Responsibilities: Building and Managing Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients. Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts. Ensure client satisfaction and provide excellent customer service. Generating Leads and Closing Sales: Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels. Conduct outreach and engage with potential customers. Present products or services and articulate their value to clients. Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts to secure sales. Sales Process Management: Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. Track sales activities, pipelines, and performance metrics. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with internal departments, such as marketing and customer support. Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues. Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and competitor activities. Other tasks: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems. Achieve sales targets and quotas. Continuously improve sales strategies and performance.
