Roles and Responsibilities Manage sales activities to achieve monthly targets for fertilizers, agrochemicals, and other related products. Develop strong relationships with distributors and farmers to increase product awareness and drive business growth. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends. Collaborate with the team to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction. Ensure timely delivery of products to meet customer demands. Desired Candidate Profile 2-6 years of experience in sales or marketing in the agricultural sector (fertilizer/agrochemical). B.Sc degree in Agriculture or equivalent qualification. Strong knowledge of paddy, rice, wheat, soybean, corn, sugarcane crops; ability to understand their needs and preferences. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers at all levels.
