Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Officer, based in Chandigarh. The Sales Officer will manage day-to-day sales operations, handle lead generation, support channel sales, and drive customer acquisition. The role involves building strong customer relationships, promoting banking products, and achieving sales targets while maintaining excellent service standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Customer Service and Lead Generation
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively
• Proficiency in Sales Operations and understanding of banking sales processes
• Knowledge of Channel Sales strategies and ability to work collaboratively with partners
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and ability to work in a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field is preferred
• Prior experience in banking or financial services would be an advantage
