Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Sales Officer to join our team in Gurgaon and Noida. The ideal candidate will have 2-8 years of experience in sales and marketing, with excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

Roles and Responsibility

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
Understand client requirements and provide effective solutions to meet their needs.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any field; relevant certifications or training programs are an asset.
Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on business development and telecalling.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Familiarity with printing and publishing industries is desirable.
