Job Title: Sales Officer / Assistant Manager Department: Frontline Sales Organization: Axis Bank Job Overview: Sales Officers and Assistant Managers form an essential part of Banks frontline sales team. They are responsible for acquiring new customers and promoting the bank’s comprehensive suite of financial products. This is a field-based, target-driven role ideal for individuals with a strong passion for sales and customer relationship management. Key Responsibilities: Acquire new customers for the following products: Savings Accounts Current Accounts Term Deposits Debit and Credit Cards Life Insurance and General Insurance Mutual Funds Retail Loans (Home, Personal, etc.) Achieve monthly sales targets based on the assigned grade Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and other outreach strategies Ensure complete and accurate KYC documentation in adherence to compliance standards Build and maintain long-term customer relationships and trust Eligibility Criteria: Education: Graduate in any discipline Experience: Minimum 1 year of field sales experience (preferably in BFSI sector), OR Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a keen interest in sales are also encouraged to apply Age Limit: Candidates must be below 30 years of age Mandatory Skills & Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong convincing and negotiation abilities Self-motivated and sales-oriented mindset Willingness to perform field-based work Location: Multiple locations across India Compensation: As per industry standards + attractive incentives
