Job Description

Profile Summary: We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Operations Executive with experience and awareness in various sub-functions of Sales support, Corporate social media, and marketing assistance, such as updating CRM (especially HubSpot), assisting in networking, and thought leadership initiatives. Sales Pipeline & HubSpot CRM Management Own sales pipeline in HubSpot, ensuring all opportunities are tracked and moved down the funnel. Review the pipeline daily to identify the next steps, missing information, or scheduling needs. Enter new contacts, deals, and follow-ups as soon as the Sales Director/CEO initiates them. Proactively check for stalled deals and trigger follow-ups with the EA to CEO’ to schedule the next meetings. Social & Brand Engagement Automate and manage birthday/job change recognition for the CEO’s network. Engage with posts from our three band entities i.e. ISHIR, BorderlessMind, and Digital Success. Use alternate LinkedIn accounts to post and share group content to expand reach. Event & Networking Management Track and recommend relevant networking events for the Sales Director/CEO. Maintain a calendar of industry events, proactively suggesting which to attend. Coordinate with the ‘EA to CEO’ to ensure no conflicts with the Sales Director/CEO’s existing schedule. Prepare pre-event briefings and ensure follow-ups are scheduled. After events, pass attendee lists to demand gen for HubSpot entry and follow-ups. Speaking Engagements & Thought Leadership Identify and coordinate speaking engagements, webinars, and panel opportunities. Work with the Digital Team on securing and marketing CEO’s thought leadership opportunities. Alumni & Past Customer Engagement Maintain and update company’s alumni database, ensuring key contacts are identified. Schedule at least one annual touchpoint with high-value alumni. Track past customers and ensure the Sales Director maintains ongoing connections. Set up LinkedIn Sales Navigator lists for key contacts and potential opportunities Preferred candidates also have: An educational background in Sales and Marketing is preferred, but it is not mandatory if you are familiar with the Sales and marketing ecosystem. You should be very good with written and spoken English. You will be coordinating with the US team, and this job requires a lot of coordination over emails, chats, and calls. You should be self-disciplined and take ownership of your responsibilities without supervision. You should have an interest in and a knack for social media and the world of sales. Experience: 2+ Years Working Hours: 6PM-3AM IST or as decided by the company
