About the Company: Raybon Chemicals Raybon Chemicals and Allied Products https://www.raybonchemicals.com/ This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Raybon Chemicals & Allied Products. The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating leads, developing client relationships, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. Preferable experience of 4-5 yrs in the same field. Location : Vadodara / Dahej Roles and Responsibilities: Manage technical / marketing content on website(s). Lead team of sales and marketing staff for sale of water and effluent treatment chemicals and equipment. Supervise day to day operations of sales staff, promote sales of products on various online and offline forums. Approve expenditure. Prepare budget. Develop new products and markets for them. Prepare techno-commercial offers / quotations for chemicals and equipment. Keep track of all the offers to customers both for equipment and chemicals in the CRM. Follow up with customers for orders. Keep track of all samples, send and received. Periodically review all offer lists, and follow up on dormant offers. Monitor all pilot plant activities, and document them. Prepare presentations for all our products and services. Focus on new product development. Assist and aid marketing & sales department with technical inputs & related to products & services. Identify new markets and business opportunities. Qualification: BSc, Diploma/Degree in Chemical Engineering, Science or engineering Graduate with MBA in marketing Experience: Should have experience in B2B industrial marketing Minimum 4-5 years of experience in selling water treatment chemicals and / or equipment’s like RO, plants, DM plants, softners, etc. Working in a company selling pumps, valves, etc. Solid Industrial Sales experience is required. Attributes and Skills: 1) Candidate should have good communication skills and willingness to travel. 2) Should be conversant with digital marketing techniques. 3) Should have own vehicle.
