Responsibilities: Leadership & Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with the company's overall vision and objectives. Lead and motivate a team of Marketing and Sales Executives, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and optimize existing strategies. Marketing & Branding: Oversee the development and execution of targeted marketing activities aimed at reaching builders and showcasing the value proposition of our services. Manage the company's online presence, including website content, social media platforms, and email marketing campaigns. Build brand awareness and reputation within the construction industry, positioning Vivaan Water /N.S. & Associates as a trusted partner for sustainable building solutions. Sales & Lead Generation: Collaborate with the Sales team to establish lead generation goals and implement effective strategies. Develop and manage customer relationships with builders, identifying and understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions. Lead sales presentations and negotiations, effectively demonstrating the value and benefits of our services. Close deals and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Performance & Analytics: Monitor and analyze marketing and sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing campaigns. Prepare reports and presentations to track progress and communicate results to senior management. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in the marketing and construction industries, continually improving processes and strategies. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 5 years plus experience in a leadership role within a sales and/or marketing team, preferably in the construction or sustainability industry. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that generate leads and drive sales. Strong understanding of environmental sustainability principles and water conservation practices. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with builders and stakeholders. Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide your team to achieve goals. Proficiency in marketing tools and technologies, including CRM, social media platforms, and website analytics. Customer-focused approach with a passion for building sustainable solutions.
