Job Description

A. Sales Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
  • Manage and guide the sales team to improve performance and productivity.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Monitor sales pipeline, forecast sales performance, and prepare reports.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on leads and conversion of prospects into customers.

B. Marketing Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement marketing campaigns (digital & offline).
  • Manage branding, advertising, promotions, and social media strategy.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Coordinate with design and content teams to create promotional materials.
  • Oversee SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing strategies.
  • Organize events, exhibitions, webinars, and product launches.

C. Team & Operations Management

  • Lead and motivate the sales & marketing team.
  • Recruit, train, and monitor team performance.
  • Set KPIs, review performance, and ensure goal alignment.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (operations, finance, admin) for smooth execution.
  • 3. Required Skills & Competencies
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and CRM software.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.

4. Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
  • Experience in relevant industry preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and CRM software.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Market research and strategic planning skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
