Job Description

The role of a Sales & Marketing Head is multifaceted, blending responsibilities from both sales and marketing to drive business growth. At its core, the role involves generating revenue by identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, managing customer relationships, and executing marketing strategies. One of the primary responsibilities is meeting or exceeding sales targets. This often involves developing sales plans, identifying potential clients, and closing deals. Customer Acquisitionincludes identifying new markets and customer segments, generating leads, and converting these leads into customers. Maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing clients is essential for long-term success. This includes regular communication, understanding client needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Conducting market research to understand consumer behaviour, industry trends, and competitor strategies. This helps in identifying opportunities for growth and developing effective marketing campaigns. Building and managing the company’s brand is a critical responsibility. This includes creating brand awareness, ensuring brand consistency, and managing the company’s image across various platforms. Developing and executing marketing campaigns that align with the company’s goals. This could include digital marketing, content creation, and advertising.
